Charles Hamilton is a poor misunderstood musical soul trapped in a trap-or-die rapper record industry mentality.

All he wants to do is make MUSIC. Not “rap” LOL. Don’t ya’ll understand that?

I like Charles Hamilton. He’s not going to win any awards for his odes to how he is so different, but I do agree with him. I think he is nice in his own way. I love the fact that he plays instruments more than the fact that he can rap. His live performances on Carson Day’s show a couple of weeks ago made me like him more though. This video basically mirrors the fact that at first no one “gets” him. Then his buzz kicks in and people start to love him. The end!

Overall though, I like this joint and I think this video illustrates what he perceives as his plight and cross to bear. However, I wont be downloading all his 50-11 mixtapes. I can’t LOL.
