If Cash Money Records has money to waste like this and this, then they can toss me some chips cause I got to start paying for this medical school education…I’m just saying. For real.

Someone on Twtitter sent me this, because they know I’m not a fan of Sean Garrett’s vocals. Dude is like the Athlete’s Foot that you can’t get rid of. Somehow he keeps getting solo deals, so maybe I’m the one missing it. I’m just gonna copy my tweets and leave it at that.

He got more money than me, so I guess. Whatever. “She Geeked” that you got stacks cause otherwise, “she’d leave”…LOL.

H-Town (along with a terrible looking Jodeci) a while ago released a new song called “Knockin’ Your Heels Off”, and the world gave a collective *sigh* and *gasp* at the state of their looks and voices. Well, last week Mo’Nique, in her quest to raise all these Lazarus’s of 80′s and 90′s R&B music, had H-Town on to sing (minus the deceased member of course).

Well, the only thing that that H-Town needs to “knock” is IT — as in, KNOCK IT OFF. Period!

The dancing, the vocals, the juicy Wet ‘N Wild curls…OH MAN, I just lol’ed so hard! God bless.

The-Nightmare is putting out a mixtape with DJ Drama & DJ Sense and all that typical jazz in advance of his Love King LP which is set to drop soon. The “Love King” remix with Luda dropped previously and is slated to be on the mixtape as well…but today, we get THIS gem.

OK, now you know what, I go hard on The-Dream. Smedium jackets aside, he’s made a name for himself. So obviously he’s doing something right. But this? Aaliyah my man? Like, you gotta sing a females song with that weak falsetto of yours?

And why does he equate hip-hop with a Du-rag?! My man, you got too much money for this. But if this is what makes you happy…ok? I just laughed. And laughed. Coughed, and laughed some more. And 9th Wonder looks like Mos Def’s stand-in, don’t he?! Song is called “Hold On”.

Chris Brown thinks he’s a rapper too, is it an epidemic? Where is Sandman in real life to yank these dudes off the world stage LOL.

On record, The-Dream has become passable, though I think it’s just because we are getting used to mediocrity. Live however?

This just runs my spirit LOW. LOL.

The-Dream did his new single “Love King” on 106 & Pork Rinds last week.

I just don’t have anything to say. Especially around the 2:28 mark. It goes downhill from there.

Bobby Valentino Needs To “Get” A Clue With This New Song

Bobby Valentino has a new song and video called “Let’s Get It” and the only reason I am posting this video is to point out the following things:
- Bobby Valentino still is singing/writing the same style of songs that he started out with AND with the same producers even — can we change it up?
- This negro, who can actually decently sing, is using auto-tune, which makes his voice sound WORSE instead of better.
- The gratuitous use of auto-tune also makes you pay extra attention to his corny lyrics (i.e.” Tweeting on my twitt-er” made to rhyme with “Red Bull and vod-ker”)
- We know you are short, and the angles can’t really hide that. Just be short! Sadly, you made it worse when you were in the passenger seat and we could BARELY see you.
- NO MORE AUTO-TUNE!
If you can do better, I need you to do just that. At least Trey Songz can fall back on the fact that ladies think he’s sexy with his clothes off. Your “fake” leaked naked pics don’t even have that working for you…

Oh and of course this is for a mixtape. <– so tired of mixtapes

Why are all these new dances that they come up ultimately so feminine looking? I haven’t seen this much hip action since folks were doing “Da Dip” (see below).

America’s youth are so creative though. God bless them. I remember my mama used to say to me “If you did your homework like you memorized all them songs you’d be a straight A student!” Well, I pass on some similar advice to these kids.

That big dude though? Umm, you couldn’t tell him nothing!! And the dude in the “Hello Kitty” t-shirt? Well, yeah. There’s so much foolery going on in this video I will let you digest it and share it with the rest of the class in the comments section. And please look at the video for the 90′s song “Da Dip” by Freak Nasty. I see similarities. HIP ACTION! #justsaying

Omarosa, with the help of Donald Trump and his “The Apprentice” team, is looking for love. In Las Vegas of all places!

And guess who is signed up — AL B. SURE.

Sweet Minty Jesus be real movie role and a Rush Card because I just can’t with all these reality shows. Omarosa’s 15 minutes on TV were up a while ago, so this just baffles me. Chilli can’t find a man, Ray J can’t find a girl, Fantasia can’t find a hit for her album…how about they get off camera and do some real legwork. LOL.

And did I see Pastor Jamal Bryant on a reality show? And didn’t Omarosa go to SEMINARY!? I’m so confused. Someone hold me in my Snuggie and rock me until I sleep this off….

She couldn’t even get on A&E or USA w/ the Donald’s help. She got stuck on TVOne with Lisa Raye and ‘nem. Ha!

Umm…music business…we need to have a chat.

WTF is going?!

Sean Garrett may be “The Pen”, but he for dang sure ain’t “The Voice”. Is this what people are buying? And guess who’s verse was cut out for the performance? Nicki Minaj, yep.

It just baffles me the kinds of people they are foisting upon us as “talent”.

I got cats outside my window in heat that sound better than this. But…if this is your jam, excuse the hell outta me!

If you don’t know who Sean Garrett is (which is probably a common occurrence), he’s a songwriter that has written hits for almost everyone. He had a solo album before that only came out in like, Japan, and they are giving him another go round. Applaud his tenacity? And pass me the cotton balls. Thanks.
