Another one of my favorite joints from Guru’s “Jazzmatazz” volumes — this is from Volume 2. “Lifesaver” was such a relaxed joint but it was SO hip-hop as well. Guru’s blending of genres on his “Jazzmatazz” series was amazing to me.
It’s sad about the drama that’s going on with his health and family — if you didn’t know, Guru had a massive heart attack this past week/weekend, and there’s some drama about it. This is why young or old, it always pays to have your business in order. Tha Feedback sends him our prayers.
