Dru Hill – “Love MD” [Listen & Download]
See, ya’ll tried to go hard on me on Twitter yesterday for pointing and laughing at Sisqo’s return to reality TV (cause “UK Celebrity Big Brother” is NOT his first go round). Dru Hill’s reality show which I mentioned yesterday has apparently been picked up by BET? Either that or it is still airing on just Peachtree.tv in GA next month, but regardless to say, we have new music!
I love Dru Hill. Always have, always will. Their brand of urban singing with a little bit of roughness around the edges and a nasty swing to the music just does it for me. I see that Sisqo is letting new member Tao hit all the money notes though — I see you!
I still love “Get Loose” though! OMG I listen to that song constantly. LOL.
InDRUpendence Day, their new album, is tentatively set for March release. I’m not holding my breath on that one though…

That pic is way outdated…like from 2002. Woody (far left) and Scola (far right) are both out of the group, and there’s a new dude Tao (the one hitting all the high ass notes now instead of Sisqo lol).
This song is fire. Album title is kinda lame, but these boys can squash plenty of new artists who can themselves singers these days. Easy.
