Joss Stone has a new album that I was pretty much totally uninterested in, and I’m somewhat of a fan. However, this performance of “Good Ol’ Game” from that album just came off stunted and “affected”, as someone text me last night while it was on. Raphael Saadiq never disappoints however — he should be like, 50x bigger than he really is outside of the industry.
Shouts to my boy Charles Jones on the keys/background vox! He just had a birthday! HAHAHA.
Colour Me Free has been out since October of last year, and I don’t think many people were feeling it. There was label drama surrounding the release, but in the end it did come out and Joss has been doing some touring behind it. She’s one of the last few people to perform on Conan O’Brien’s “Tonight Show” before he does his last show tonight…
