I think the general consensus is that this is one of the better songs off of Robin’s latest album “Something Else”. It’s not that the album was bad per se, moreso “underwhelming” in my opinion. Coming off the high of his previous joint, I don’t think the majority of these songs were really being felt by the majority of people.
However, this song rings with deeper meaning and has a wider scope in terms of addressing the times and other issues outside of “love” which Robin can no doubt croon about. I think it’s that that makes this song much more interesting.
I love the feel and backdrop of this video. I love the colors and everything — it goes with the “haunting” feel of the music. Even Robin’s “scruffiness” makes the video seem more…genuine. The flow, everything just seems right. Kudos!

ooooh i like! Where has the soul gone in his voice though? He sounds like..i don’t know how to describe it but that ‘bounce’ in his voice isn’t there. I loved the ‘Justintimberlakeation’ of his voice back in the day..them nigh notes..whoo! The song sounds really spooky, i love it! 5 stars :D

love the song. just something about it. music is moving when it’s so honest. “I wouldn’t be so damn sensitive, I’d let things go by”
