Kanye goes back to an aesthetic not really seen since the Alfred Hitchcock days with this video. I like it! It’s not that there is a story so much, outside of the basic thought of Rihanna driving and being tormented I am assuming.
And about Rihanna…she has a future in being a pretty face if the singing thing doesn’t work out LOL, let me quit. She was giving me all kinds of acting class with her “emotionary faces” LOL!
Kanye was really trying to get his “Thriller”/”Teen Wolf” on throughout this clip as well. I ain’t mad at him. I actually liked it more than usual since I didn’t have to look at him — listening to him, seeing his lyrics, and looking at Rihanna — A++!
I’m going to be honest though, I don’t think I’ve ever listened to this song. Might have to go break the album out again, and that’s what a video should make you do, yes?

The song is dope. But.
I don’t understand what Rihanna is supposed to be doing.Why is she just standing there with a ‘i’m a thug. i shot tupac’ look on her face??
I like the whole old school B-Movie theme the video has.
Overall the vid is cool.
Maybe RhiRhi should apply for ANTM cos she is ‘smiling with her eyes’ like a mofo.

Song is whatever. Video is wack. Looks almost as cheap as that Day 26 video. I understand the concept, but it seems half assed. I hate that big artist are putting out these videos without any effort. Just working off of star power. Sad.
