    • T-Pain Gives A Live Taste of New Single “Take Your Shirt Off”

Written by The IPS in Videos on Nov 20, 09

OK I gotta give it to T-Pain, he was LIVE. So were all his co-horts. Sophia Fresh (wow, weed carriers much!? Where THEY been!?), Omarion (….I got nothing), Tay Dizm…ok I am just gonna stop right there.

This song is MAD hype though. The beat kinda goes hard live, and like it or not, T-Pain gets the crowd moving. I’m split 50/50, I think after I heard this song a couple more times, I’d be done with it. Doesn’t detract from the fact that it is kinda catchy. God help us. The mp3 comes across a little more 2D than this live performance though.

God bless T-Pain and his new single “Take Your Shirt Off”. Let’s hope he keeps that Chocolate Rain under his umbrella of an XXXL white tee!

What do ya’ll think? A proper video was shot back in October, so I’m sure it’s sure to drop anytime. His new album is called RevolveR and it’s dropping as soon as Sophia Fresh get done coloring in all the artwork for the jewel cases. LOL, let me quit.

I LOVE this song, and I absolutely HATE myself for loving it!

This has been my “power” song for my gym workouts for the past few months. When it comes on, I’m always able to squeeze out a few more reps.

I can accept auto-tune when T-Pain does it—-just like I accepted the fact that Roger and Zapp used the talkbox on nearly every song they ever released. The problem is everybody else jumping on the bandwagon. There’s just too much of it floating around. However, when the originators do what they do, the result always sounds better than all the biters.

I mean, the song is so ridiculous and energetic—-It’s my current guilty pleasure!
