FINALLY the video that I personally have been waiting for!
It took me a minute, but I actually love “Million Dollar Bill”. At first, I wasn’t that impressed with Whitney Houston’s vocals at the beginning of the song…that “ohhh” was killing me. But the beat is just too infectious to ignore, even with its faux-Motown feel.
Swizz Beats and Alicia Keys arguably turned in one of the best uptempo songs of the album though, staying true to Whitney’s sound yet updating it. “Million Dollar Bill” is an excellent mix of classic Motown sounds with a dash of soul and Whitney’s classic pop-sheen.
The video is a pretty straightforward performance clip affair, with the focus on Whitney looking great. Her lipsyncing is off at times to me, and of course, the ORIGINAL diva hand is back, tracing them notes LOL.
I think my favorite thing about this video is all the wigs. It’s like they got Whitney’s wigs from all her different eras and put them all on in this one video. The “My Love Is Your Love” era, “The Bodyguard” era, I could go on.
But this is actually the most I’ve believed the story that everyone is circulating these days — “Whitney’s back!” Or rather, the Queen has put on all her royal garments, makeup and make-believe to make us believe that she never left.

Her fit is off the chain and those kicks are amazing- seriously Whitney is the original DIVA and she looks FIERCE in all of those outfits and yes, the hair dos are reminiscent of other videos-
I dare say Whitney looks more vibrant and younger in these videos that some of her older videos- something in her eyes- she just looks happy! Love the cd and keeping you in prayer!
p.s I want those shoes and that silver dress
