So, I’m still sticking with my original assessment of this song. Kanye pretty much murders Jay-Z on this joint. I always fast-forward to his verse, and since the video is pretty much static in terms of what’s going on, I kinda did the same thing here. I feel like Kanye dumbed himself down for this video though LOL.
Because what in the name of “Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome”/”California Love”/Tina Turner is this?
I mean, it’s not bad, it’s cool. Styling is hot off the charts, Rihanna looks great, I like Jay’s whole “general” look and Kanye’s “sergeant-at-arms” thing. I dig it. Other than that though, it’s not much. I was hoping it’d make me like the song more, but it doesn’t.
I feel kinda built up to be let down LOL! Like I said, it’s not bad or anything. Just overly dramatic for an middle-to-average song basically. What ya’ll think?

This song is hot! This video is dark and moody which is nice compared to the money cash hoes theme of most rap videos. Rihannas brand is solidly beautiful edgey and chic- she sells it well.

The video is cool. Rihanna looks hot! They could have just used her as a prop! I think Kanye and Rihanna make this song. If it was just Jay Z no one would care that much. Kanye and Rihanna kept my attention.

RiRi doesn’t have the best voice but for some reason I really like her. Jay was kinda boring on his own song.. Loved Kanye’s verse. The video didn’t do much for me.
