I’ve featured Daniel Merriweather’s music before on a podcast — the song he did with Wale, “Change”. He’s an Australian R&B singer/songwriter backed by Mark Ronson’s label here in the States. His album will also be released here.
“Impossible” is a cool song, however my favorite from his Love & War album is “Water & a Flame”, his duet that he does with Adele. AHH that song is so crazy hot. For real.
In this video, not even a shifting of reality can keep him from getting to his love. The video is a bit much at times in my opinion. It’s more abstract than we like here in the States me thinks (what does that say about us though? LOL!), but it’s still a cool visual treat for the most part. I feel like if I was on acid or rollin’ or something it’d be MUCH more entertaining LOL.

Didn’t expect to love her after Mercy, had a brief listen of it in record store, and was “wow”. Exactly what happened to Daniel. Love “Change”, thought the album would be iffy, then was like “damn! this is great! buy it, buy it!”
Love Daniel too! Much respect to him and hope America would love him as much as I do. Thought that would happen to James Morrison, and look how that turned out.
So I dunno :( But good luck Danny!
