How dope is this right here?
From the beat, to the fresh visuals, I am loving this. Havoc put his foot in that beat, I will say that.
Peep that coffin at the end…shots fired?
This is real good though, I need this for the whip. Their collabo album is September from what I hear. What do you guys think of this joint? I have Buckshot’s last album that he did with 9th Wonder, but I don’t think I ever got to listen to it…I got SO much music.
I especially love the nods and references to all those that came before what’s considered “the trend” right now — especially Roger Troutman, though technically, vocoder and auto-tune are different.

This ish right here is what I’m talking about. IPS, make sure you let us know the exact date because this is good. Whenever sonething “new” comes out, everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon. What happened to the times when someone came out with someting new & folks were trying to come up with something better. I don’t like the “bubblegum” rap they have out now but joints like this that makes me excited about music.

But now, “Fuck Auto-Tune” is gonna be the new bandwagon. And this isn’t even a good example of what you’re getting at with someone doing something new, than someone doing something better. It’s the same old, “veteran MC that isn’t as relevant as he used to be bashing what’s popular”. KRS did the same thing when he went at Puffy back in the mid 90s. To say nothing of that fact that in my opinion, lyrically this song isn’t particularly strong. have a message, that’s fine, but you still need to get that message across skillfully, and I just didn’t find the rhyme skills all that impressive.
