OK, as corny or whatever categories we put them into back in the 90’s, All-4-One’s vocals are really doing it for me right now!
So imagine my surprise as I cue this video up and I see none other than Malcom Jamal-Warner playing the lead in the video. The female lead looks familiar as well, but I just can’t place my finger on it.
Obviously, the budgets are smaller, but that’s fine because this video does an excellent job at telling the story of the song. It’s a shame that it really IS this way with so many people.
Theo does a great job and I am loving this song AND video actually. Their vocals are on point as well, and they deliver this video without coming off as too desperate or reaching. The choreography fits, and while they may not have all the flash and dash of a “younger” group out now, the younger groups don’t have the solid vocals that All-4-One has had years to perfect.
Check out this video and leave your thoughts. Their album drops September 15th, and I am looking forward to maybe checking out what they have to offer.
