David Guetta is a superstar French DJ and is about to release a new album. He hooked up with Kelly Rowland, in hopes to maybe get some Stateside exposure, and he has. The song has been #1 on the Dance Airplay charts.
Kelly Rowland is really expanding outside of the US and it’s good to see. I love Kelly…she looks great here and the video was directed by Jonas Akerlund, who just did the Lady GaGa video I just posted.
The song is a lush pop-dance affair. One wonders how often Kelly can hit those upper notes on a repeat basis *side-eye*, but she nails them here. I hope this signals a new rebirth for Kelly musically onto a path that is successful and profitable for her.
David Guetta, this is my first time being exposed to his music but I might have to take a look. I do enjoy some of the Euro dance music!
