Happy Thanksgiving holiday and the day after and the weekend for those who didn’t have to work today. I’ve been spending the time with familly and shopping and recovering LOL, but I wanted to peek in and say hello!
I don’t know where I heard this song at recently, but I did, and it’s one of my favorite Christmas songs. Yes, yes, I know that it is not yet Christmas, but most people shop for Christmas starting today and I start the countdown to my birthday, which is the day before Christmas…
Sounds of Blackness extensively featured Ann Nesby, one of the best soul singers we have these days, though she crazily flies under the radar. She just put out a Gospel project though…but I’m not gonna go there today. It’s a happy day. LOL! They have many many hits and were really one of the hallmark Gospel choirs to hit the mainstream. Enjoy this cut as I slip back into my food coma. Will have a few posts up this weekend…

Was it the movie “Precious”? Cuz that’s the last place that I heard this song. That scene wtih them at the church doing the Holy Jingle soul clap church rock was hilarious! But I love this song..it is now on my holuday mix!
