Yes, I am pretty sure Alicia is a superhero. And in this clip for “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart”, she is a superhero in love but unable to touch her love and be with him. Why? Who knows. All I know that this is like Will Smith’s movie “Hancock” and I think they could have done better with it.
She tries to touch dude’s face and he looks like 50 Cent’s album cover…really? HAHAHA!
Alicia looks great, but I was really hoping the video for this song salvaged the song for me and it doesn’t. I’m still gonna listen to her album one good time when it drops though. Hopefully the singles aren’t indicative of the whole project.

For some reason, portions of this song remind me of Toto’s “Africa.” Normally, that would be a good thing . . .
Whoever encouraged this woman to dress up as the Grape Ape and scare the sh*t out of people ’til their face falls to pieces was clearly playing a cruel joke on Ms. Keys, and her clueless ass fell for it.
When she healed the dog, I flashed back to Brandy’s “Right Here” video where she was walkin’ around touchin’ mofos in downtown LA . . .
It’s a shame when you have a new album about to drop, and the only song of yours that anybody cares about is the one that’s on somebody ELSE’S album, with you singing the hook!

Oh no Twizzle “Try sleeping with a good video director” LOLOLOL! Twizzle needs a twitter.
I enjoyed the video…and thought the whole 50 cent face crack thing was symbolizing that if they stayed together she would ultimately hurt him…break his heart…kill him in the figurative sense. Judging by the shattered photo frame and the crocodile tear (I know it’s a video but some real emotion would be appreciated), she already broke his heart.
The irony is that she is more than in control in other aspects of her life except her relationship so sleeps with a broken heart. Am I looking too much into this? I need a good woman in my life STAT. lol
Now that “Dream” song Alicia leaked gives me A LOT of hope for the album.
