Steph Jones - "You're So Delicious" (Right-Click & Save)
The kid Steph Jones is back in the lab and his new Gravity “Lifetape” (think mixtape) should be dropping tonight, which I will post up for you in the AM!
After working on some joints with Jordin Sparks, Blake Lewis and others, the limelight is shifting back to him now as an artist after his oft-delayed album with then label Disturbing Tha Peace & Ludacris never came to light.
He’s making his own lane in R&B, with a feel good sound and the soul behind it to match. “You’re So Delicious” is the first joint to leak, and it’s an ode to the rhythms and styles of the 60′s. Steph co-wrote this song with his partner in previous musical crimes Chris Warrior, and it features some cool harmonies and funny, clean lyrics. There are some notes here and there that could have been left on the cutting room floor, but it’s the feeling & stories behind the music that drives my continued support of Steph Jones.

I think he picked the wrong track to get people’s attention but the rest of the lifetape is really worth listening to…

not the BEST song on there but for some reason, it’s the one i remember the most. strange…the whole mixtape (lifetape or whatever…) is worth a listen.
