I mean, I know Rihanna’s name rings bells all around the world, but could imagine how much doper this song would have been if it was like, Chrisette Michele on the hook?
And even if you took away Jay, it’d be hotter!
I know that’s probably sacrilegious to say, but Kanye’s verse is much more interesting than Jay’s. Am I the only one that feels this way?
This is the first single from his new album The Blueprint 3, and I can already see the big budgeted video. Lots of flashy going on in that.
What do we think about this? I’m sure this will grow on me, but as of right now, I’m a little indifferent.

you’re absolutely right. the minute rihanna started singing i got bored. and as jay was rapping i thought, “what are you even talking about?”
the only thing that saved it for me was kanye & the drum rolls.

Its theme music. But I can see Chrisette on the vocals, maybe Jazmine (i think he’s look for that island/chant type feel sing) but Jay’s verse is like something i would hear as the intro to his concerts, Kanye came for blood on the track. Its definitely a heater tough, this will be played all new years season…

We gonna run this town tonight … if you don’t like this song you are a haterrrrrrr. Clearly my boo Jazmine would have torn this track to pieces, but she is not a fly ass international icon … it’s like why “Swagga like us” was hot. BECAUSE the attitude/persona of the performers.
“Victory’s within the mile, almost there don’t give up now, only thing that’s on my mind, who’s gon run this town tonight” … just let the media brainwash you into thinking this is hot cause it is

call me what u want but this song does nothing for. i love jay & kanye, and rihanna usually grows on me. so i guess i’ll b e liking it in a month. or whenever the video drops. but now, not so much
