Yes! I love Solange… And I love the short hair on her…Im glad she finally breaking away from all that perm and weave crap…She growing into a beautiful butterfly…Instead of her old ass weave wearing fake ass want to be Janet so bad until the point where u can tell she is jealous and wont even really give the credit she deserve………But hey thats a different story…But im on the fence about Solange voice but yes she is amazing songwriter….But the one person who came to mind when I heard the album I thought to myself Fantasia would tear them ssongs up lol…. But im happy for Solange and her hair journey…

Not a fan of Solange AT ALL. Her music sucks a– as far as I’m concerned but I respect her effort to be “different” but she tried to hard on her album. On a different note, I LOVE her with the short hair-she looks fabulous!! And overall, she’s the type of person you’d want to hang out with b/c she is real, unlike her weave-wearing, robotic, i-am-trying-so-hard-to-be-an-icon sister. But musically, she needs more people.

I like Solange, but i just couldn’t get into her album. I only liked 3 songs. Her song “white picket dreams” is my ish though!. As for her hair-LUVS IT!! She looks beautiful!

Great post but as hard as I tried to get into Solange, I just couldn’t do it. She’s just too…different for my taste lol. The shine from her glowsticks is too bright.
