Oy, I want to like Omarion’s new music, I do. This song, I liked it when it had Lil’ Wayne on the beat. The Gucci verse just doesn’t flow the same as Wayne’s did. Oh and BTW, #fail since homeboy is in jail. The instrumental goes kind of hard though, and if I remember correctly, this joint was produced by Tank.
This performance was a bit all over the place, but since Omarion is trying to position himself as this magnificent dancer, I would have not been mad if he just lip-synced. As opposed to the normal problem of a song being too high, this one is too too low for him. Couple that with him being out of breath, and then jumping in singing higher at times, and vocally it was a bit distracting.
However, the dancing is pretty tight though it gives me strains of them kids that do that J-sette stuff. Hmmm. LOL!
But you know what? With Chris Brown seemingly taking the “L”, if Omarion and his teamed worked it right, he might be able to regain some of his former glory. Get that position that CB has abandoned in a way. The fight is on! May the best J-setter, I mean, dancer/singer/pop star win!

Some songs are meant to be lip-synced (sp?) and this is one of them … this sounds a hot mess.
