Besides missing her cue or whatnot at the beginning and her minor wardrobe malfunction towards the end, Whitney sounded pretty good (relative to her other performances of course), because lately she hasn’t been having the best time LOL.
This techno-mix doesn’t do anything for me though, because what gives this song its appeal to me was the whole throwback vibe of it. Whitney still manages to not make any major vocal gaffes overall though besides the usual weariness of her voice.
She performed on X-Factor which is akin to our American Idol and which Leona Lewis was a winner of by the way.

I usually don’t comment and I usually agree with you most of the time but this time I just CANT… I mean to me she sounded a MESSSS! Did you not hear that??? I think we are all hoping for Whitney to succeed but this bs right here makes me want to hang my head low.
I’m a yougin and I’ve always loved Whitney but she gotta do better. I guess I just miss that old voice.

Compared to her other “attempts” this year, this is a PERFECT performance.
In reality, at best, out of 10, it’s about a 4, maybe a 5. It didn’t HURT my ears, but there were definitely other things I would have rather been listening to.
I agree with jjb—-her ass is high.
