Leona Lewis’ new single “Happy” was posted a while ago here on Tha Feedback, but hearing it live makes me like it just a little bit more. She performed it last night on the season finale of “America’s Got Talent”.
Besides a few moments where the backing track was all up and obvious, Leona did a great job. I had stopped by my grandma’s house to drop something off and we sat and watched it. Grandma said “she has a beautiful voice!”
And at the end of the day, that’s what matters, right? Leona is so fine though, goodness! divaTy, HUSH!
I’m interested in hearing what other material she’ll have on her new album. The last album only really had a couple of songs I connected with…it was really ballad heavy and bogged down in the middle. She has these vocal quirks though that I find fascinating.
