Man, Jordin Sparks returned to the American Idol stage with a vengeance last night! She came out all fierce, flying hair and flailing limbs LOL. Power notes and belting, Jordin wasn’t taking no prisoners.
I liked this song though, and her performance, while a little over the top was great. There were a few bum notes here and there, and my roommate had me dying. She said “Jordin needs to learn how to walk in heels”. Alrighty then!
I will say this — she looked great. The dress, THEM LEGS, is Jordin legal yet? No R. Kelly here, but ole girl looked fine. Yes indeed, no battling here LOL. Why fight when you that fine? Hmph.
The Ryan Tedder produced record is her first single and expect the video to be posted here!
Oh and sorry, Danny Gokey should have been in the finale. Kris? Really? His surfer rendition of “Heartless” last night did nothing for me…wamp to tha wamp.

Jordin rocks – no bum notes at all – she came on strong and gave an excellent performance! Gotta disagree on Gokey – he lost me with the “screech heard around the world” – Kris Allen is the right one to be in the top two

IPS, I feel the same way about Danny that you feel about J. Timberlake – what a douche. He was talented, but he appears to be such a tool. Not that Kris Allen is the most amazing singer, but he is far less of a douchebag than Danny.

um i guess i’m alone in this but there was something off about that performance….the verses sounded weird…it made me uncomfortable actually. and i don’t really care for the song. maybe she just had an off night. she was looking good though. and she has great stage presence.
