Fantasia’s Joining Reality TV (Again)…

Peep Fantasia in Chaka Khan’s Soul Train Legend tribute performance above, and in traditional Fantasia fashion, slaying that song and leaving it bloody ( and my ears too a bit) all over the stage floor.

Because technically, isn’t “American Idol” reality TV? LOL, I don’t know, I would classify it as such.

This time though, she’s got her own 8-episode arc to tell all about being Fantasia. I just want to see clips of her family, because if I remember correctly, them were some SANGIN’ country bumpkins ROFL! They had they own church and EVERYTHANG. I loved it when she was on “American Idol”. Since then, she’s gone on to do a lot. There’s also been rumors about her stealing a married woman’s man, bankruptcy, all kinds of stuff. I just saw a picture recently of her getting laid hands on at a church after she broke down mid-song.

This was announced back in April but now we have more details that the show is going to air starting January 11th, 2010.

As Fantasia’s fame has grown, her personal life has increasingly become more complicated. The sole breadwinner for her large family, Fantasia struggles to balance career, family, being  single mother and the demanding life of a highly successful performing artist. Fantasia’s VH1 series delves into how she has dealt with the seismic aftershocks of fame, all while managing the daily demands of life on the road and writing and recording new music that will connect with her fans.

I can’t believe it’s been 4 years since her last record — I still listen to that joint pretty regularly, I won’t even lie…

I’ll be setting my DVR for sure though LOL!
