Angie Stone’s latest record Unexpected is out November 24th and is preceded by the previously posted single “I Ain’t Hearin’ U”.
LOL this cover is a mess to me though…I don’t know. I know she’s doing new things and what not…and she looks great…but I have a feeling there were better shots that they could’ve used.
The metallic looking dress is just not flattering! It’s “unexpected” indeed, this cover and her looking like that in that dress. Meh! I love Angie though.
“I Ain’t Hearin’ U” has grown on me though — I’m still just upset that there isn’t MORE to the song. The track/instrumental is hot though. Bet.

Wow you people got a lotta hate in you for this sista it must really bother you that god is still showing her favor, it makes me wonder if its personal, did she fire your cousin, or did the fact that she actually lost weight and looks good after all the years shes been blessed that has got you heated or could it simply be you all still have not gotten over the fact that she had a child with dangelo, it cant be the music because the shit is consistantly hot, as well as the fact thast she helps in every community fuction thast she can or the fact that she is simply cool as shit…. To shytown, what makes a song not done ? your perception is that of what you might call “the way it’s usually done”, however did you not get the memo ? the album is called “UNEXPECTED”, therefore the one and only ORIGINAL Ms. Angela Stone is doing this project different than the norm. HELLO ! nuff said on that. Further more, I know no one who is perfect and that does not exempt Ms. Stone from that “no one”. If I could say anything to her it would be to stay strong and keep uplifting those who TRULY love you and have your back. After you have examined yourself and realized your own faults and gave them to God to handle for you, get up and shake the negativity off and pack it under your feet and soon you will look around and see yourself ABOVE it all. Stay taking care of yourself also Angie Stone. Im proud of you for that.
