    • Album Cover: Keri Hilson’s “In A Perfect World”

Written by The IPS in Blogs on Mar 5, 09

      Oh lordy, take me higher!

I seriously love Keri Hilson, she’s just finer than a box of wine. Yes indeed. It should be a crime.

Check out this cute video of her below talking about a remix to “Turn My Swag On” that’s going to record/has recorded by now. Assumedly, she’s going to be discussiong all those Beyonce/Ciara diss rumors that the latest remix of “Turnin’ Me On” has sparked…

Listen to it here. This remix made me like the song a little more, because I wasn’t originally feeling this song.

Her album drops March 24th, 2009. Finally! Let’s hope that it’s as good as we all WANT it to be :/

I hope she ain’t really starting no lame a** beef to draw attention to herself. Let the music speak for itself baby girl…

I don’t know about the album cover. It looks kind of cheap and forced. They need to try again. I like Keri a lot, but she still isn’t using her full potential. It seems like shes slowing turning into a record company gimmick. I guess shes going for the “I’m so different” route, but that is so played.

I’m looking forward to hearing the album though. Not sure on if I’m going to buy it yet. And you know that whole “Diss” is just a gimmick to get some attention. Why would you even record that mess if you didnt want it to be released. You know shes getting onto shaking ground if shes trying to go at Beyonce. Stans are uniting right now.

That is exactly what she is doing. tryna start a lame ass beef to creat some lame ass buzz for her lame ass album. It’s such a coincidence the Remix releases weeks before her album comes out. It’s not gonna work, try again Keri!!!

      3. March 5, 2009 woohoo

i like keri but i’m not gonna cop her albm i planned to when it was originally set to drop in september but now she aint getting my money nearly all of its leaked neway

That album cover = Photoshop 101.

And I doubt she was bashing Beyoncé, as several of the lines don’t fit her at all, and her dog-faceded ass should know better.

Did you call Keri dog-faced!? Dulce Menta Jesus!

^ Ch… I used to think she was pretty, but the more I look at her, the more like a Chihuahua she looks. Maybe it’s these unfortunate hairstyles she keeps picking. :|

ROFL I think it might be a combination of both. Either way, I’d hit that! LOL.

      8. March 6, 2009 Ms. Niqua

I’ll DL it off le internets a few days before release to see if its any good. I can’t afford to spend $8.95 on frivolous fuckery.
