Finally, an R&B song that’s all about the vocals and not Lil’ Wang droppin’ 16 bars for $75K with his new found friend Mr. Vocal Processor!
Hands down, Cherish can sang. Them sisters be working it out. I love their harmonies. I think sometimes the lead vocals are a little sugary and their lyrics can be trying at best — but vocally, I can’t think of another group holding it down like they are.
While this song doesn’t move me a whole lot, I like the basic premise of it. The video matches the vocal and the girls look great. In this day and age, that’s all you can ask for LOL. I didn’t feel green screened to death either, praise Sweet Minty Jesus.
Simple song, great harmonies & blends, great voices. I like it! I’m pleased.
Cherish’s The Truth is out May 13th. To hear “Amnesia”, click here. To see more footage of Cherish sharing some of their thoughts and “speaking the truth,” check out this video.

I think that Cherish, although they are a group and not a solo act, can sing leaps and bounds beyond Ciara and Rihanna. This is a nice song—not the best—but pretty good.

Why they gotta put the bigger girl in the back? They need to watch an old Brownstone video to see how it’s done.
